My parents are not supportive, my best friend who was my bf they all left me alone. Struggling with it from past 13 years...I still get anxiety attack but there's none of them whom I wanted to be around me during this lowest phase...Thank you Vancouver Sleep Clinic your songs really calm me down...Thank you for being there when no one is there ❤️😢🤲 God bless you. It breaks my heart to see anyone going through depression. Because that was something I did experience before. All I want to say is that you are a strong girl, who is not losing hope despite, everyone leaving her. You know the worst and good part of your depression was that it made you see the true faces of people. The one who left you in your bad times is the not the one for you. Even if they are the best people in the world, they are not the best for you. I wish your parents could have been a little bit more supportive. I am sorry to say that but they have failed in their role. Trust me, you will get through this hell soon. You will find yourself again. Do whatever makes you normal, if not happy. You are a hero.
