Assuming that Nightmare can survive rocket launchers blast he is above wall level without doubts but at minimum small building (9-A) to more likely building (8-C) up to large building level (High 8-C).
Forgot to mention it's durability tier not that he can destroy with that tier.
Original animatronics and the ones without powers may be wall level at least excluding BB and JJ who aren't very big deal to be honest.
