When switched to turbo mode, the rotating brush in the suction head gets stuck or does not rotate during vacuuming on carpets and carpeted floors. The brush rotates at a low speed, it only gets stuck at a raised turbo level! All Unlimited series are like this, but this is not mentioned anywhere.

What about the wheels on the vacuum head?
Too much gunk getting stuck in the wheels, need a fix for it
