      @@Samirraut7 Neet exam clear na hone ki wajah se or breakup hone ki wajah se ( us relation m muje bhut trauma mila. He manipulated me very badly in those 2.5 yrs 😕) mujme itna self doubt aa gya h ki I'm not able to concentrate on anything. M baar baar apna phn check krti hu ki khi koi text na aaya ho . Khi m kisi ko kuch glt msg send na kr du. Khi meri wjh se kisi ko hurt na ho jaye.Dar lgta h ki kuch glt na kr du , na keh du. Overthinking krti hu har choti cheej pr.
      M pehle aisi nhi thi. Pr ab anxiety hoti rehti h. Har time negative sochti hu kyunki kuch negative logo k sath past m reh ke m khud ko bhool chuki hu. I don't know kaise m is overthinking is negativity , anxiety se bahr aau.

      Muskan , i may not be the one to give you the exact suggestion but here are some exercises that i do on a regular basis that may help you :
      1. Meditation: Meditation will be the single most effective practice that will bring you out from this situation, while meditating just focus on breathing and whenever any thoughts come , eliminate that and just focus on breathing.
      Benefits:This will help you to easily control your thoughts + you'll be calm .
      If you haven't practiced this then start with 10 minutes and slowly increase the time
      2. Say affirmations: i think your past experiences have disturbed your subconscious mind a lot , so make you affirmations ( eg: i am a person who is very positive,i don't overthink....) and say this everyday after waking up and before sleeping.
      Benefits: this will change your beliefs and make you feel better about yourself .
      3. Set the time table to use your phone: you said you check your phone a lot so from this day set the time table to use the phone (eg: before 10 am no phone,after 9pm no phone) and fill that time with some productive work.
      Trust me when you fill your time by doing things that make you productive you'll feel proud of yourself .
      4. Be busy: There is a saying 'an empty mind is a Devil House ' ,if you have free time then you'll start to think about random thoughts.
      so it's better to fill that time with things that you love doing. Learn new skills, read non fiction books, be around people that make you feel good (+ve)
