From Pierre's perspective he may have not thought it was a big deal. He may have done it for a lot of people. Or done even more for others. Nonetheless, this is a quality human being's effect on others and the world.
I just hosted a show for Pierre, he was the most genuine down to earth dude. This brother took me to breakfast and gave me game for 3 hours and paid for my breakfast. It was my honor to share the stage with such a professional. He tore the house down!
Pierre, you are a GOOD dude. The story Rickey told about how nice you were to him when he was just starting out was touching. You helped Rickey when he had NOTHING, was in another state & no place to stay, you were there & gave him encouragement AND made room at your place for him. You are a stand up guy Pierre!

Rickey went in on fatherhood, they give you 48hrs then hit you with child support. I try my best to mentor these fathers and yes 9/10 men want to be in their child’s life. They just get tired of jumping through hoops and end up walking away all together!

Pierre HAS ALWAYS been a "roast-master" from wayyyyyy back. He (and several other well-known 90's comedians) once ANNIHILATED a young lady who was my roommate at the time (we were all acquaintances/friends). I laughed so hard at what Pierre said, I couldn't even stand...so I sat there on the dance floor, rolling, in tears, barely able to breathe. He IS NOT the one to fire shots at! Absolutely, and the judges are even more difficult when the father is black; it's as if they assume that a black father is only good for making a child support payment and, all black fathers are assumed to be worthless.

I remember he used to work at this store called, JW @ Century Plaza selling trendy suits... before he made a name for himself he was always cracking jokes making us laugh whenever we went up in there - Always a down to earth, good dude - wish him and his family nothing but the best! Excellent show Pierre. I DJ'd a few shows with Rickey back in the late 90's on the Def Jam road tour. He used to have 2 CD's with music that were part of his act (Bicycle), and one night my CD player would not play his CD's, and he clowned me. I finally leaned down and got one to work, by keeping my finger on the play button, and he told me to keep my ass down there for the whole show!! LOL Pierre, I was stage manager and DJ for a few of your shows when your leg was broke. If you want me to send pictures from back then, just holla. Otherwise great show and format, and Pierre does good as a host and moderator. Stay the course and your goals will be fulfilled.
