I had three S10+.
The first was capable of doing different floors, until it broke. But the 2nd and 3rd s10+. were not capable of doing multible floors. Instead they crash their maps, so even cleaning by timetable was not possible anymore. Same thing happyend, if there were bigger changings in the first floor map, like a open door to a bigger closet. 😖 No support by xiaomi.
