can you link build please? This is perfect for me since I play scepter/dagger in wvw and would like to do same in pve since I don't like sword/warhorn at all
@@neoliticus2199 i recommend playing this build snowcrows.com/builds/raids/elementalist/power-quickness-catalyst . You can replace the warhorn with dagger but it will be worse
