25:16 - #22 - Washington Irving's Sunnyside Museum: Said to be haunted by the spirit of the famous American author, Washington Irving, as well as his five nieces who all lived and died in the home.
26:42 - #23 - William Phelps General Store & Home Museum: Haunted by the spirit of a woman named Sibyl Phelps, the last member of the Phelps family, who passed away in 1976
