Also, sweating alot let's us know our lymphatic system is working & filtering properly as well as assisting in keeping the body's internal temperature regulated. She's amazing... I've been on a music journey this week, and have been going in... There is nothing like someone who can take you to those places with their music, voice and their soul.
When Fantasia put this album out she said it was the first time the record company gave her creative control. It was the best thing they could have done. I was never a Fantasia fan because I felt like she was always sing the wrong song. She has such a powerful soulful voice and she finally has an album full of passion. I love her and this new music she is putting out.

I was blessed to see her perform shortly after American Idol when I was in college she came to our school to perform. I WAS FLOORED!!! The very best vocal skills I had heard in my entire life. Her band is great but she sang some of her concert acapella and her voice is incomparable to today’s music. It’s so spiritual and soulful. It just fills your heart and takes over your soul in a way that envelopes you in the spirit and the artistry of music and it’s ability to vibe inside of you. I was a blessed experience.

I was blessed to see her perform shortly after American Idol when I was in college she came to our school to perform. I WAS FLOORED!!! The very best vocal skills I had heard in my entire life. Her band is great but she sang some of her concert acapella and her voice is incomparable to today’s music. It’s so spiritual and soulful. It just fills your heart and takes over your soul in a way that envelopes you in the spirit and the artistry of music and it’s ability to vibe inside of you. I was a blessed experience.
I love this woman. However, I have the same gift that she has and it is so evident that she is running from her calling, but I will continue to pray for her and that she accepts that gift. Once she accepts her gift the number of people that she will touch will triple past the amount of people that she is touching now. Sanggggggggggg Fantasia. You awesome Woman of God! I love you girl.
