Hey Sir you sat you use brush on adhesive for the alcantera and your leather work. What brand of glue do you use and what type of brush do you use. I’m in the process of redoing my interior on my Land Rover LR three in Alcantera. Normally I use 3M spray adhesive which I’ve been using for years for custom car stereo installations for trim pieces with carpet etc. but I would like this to be a little neater and a little more controllable. If you could help that would be great thank you
One point, if you buy a core for the dash panel, it has to be a Mustang PP or Shelby. The non PP doesn't have two gauge pods in the middle and instead has 3 vents in the middle.
Your skill, creativity, knowledge continuously amaze me! Your attention to detail and working cleanly and neatly too. These skills are necessary for quilting. Thank you and I love and learn a lot from your videos.
I would really like if you did a video on how you did the process of doing this, cause im doing this myself on my car, but would really like to know some tricks, especially the corners and weird angels..
Have you wrapped a headliner with Alcántara? Had a m5 that the headliner and pillar covers were wrapped in Alcántara. Thinking on doing it on my 2017 q50 red sport
Hey I would love to get this done on a plastic center console piece and steering wheel piece for my 2023 Acura Integra. Is that something I could pay you to do?
Hi thanks for your interest I do custom upholstery on all cars. Please send your inquiry though my website along with details and photos, www.auto-fanatic.com
Do you have any rattles near the headlamp switch when going over rough pavement? Its not too bad but I'm currently in the mode where I want to tackle any rattles I hear ever. I tried felt taping everywhere but it isnt going away. It seems like its coming from the aluminum trim and not the headlamp switch itself. I dont think its from the Aluminum finned box underneath near the driverside kick panel though, Ive knocked on it and it doesnt make much noise at all. You know what? I think its better to call it a buzz than a rattle and I think i found the source which is the middle plastic piece between the gauges. Yikes, atleast thats probably settled, will find out more in more drives. Great work btw, love your stuff.
I rather leatherette.....just the console were the stick shift is, and do the doors. This is outstanding though. I am following up on other improvements. Your stereo idea, brakes pads, oil separators, and wheels! I ain’t rich like u LOL!
Do you sell front wheel well splash guard kits for a GT 350? Btw, I bought mine after seeing your “This is why you own this car” videos. I absolutely love it! As an aside, I grew up in Rye, NY, and I love the videos of you driving around where I learned to drive. Thanks for your videos, they are great!!
yes but if you break yours and send it in i am not fixing it, 9 out of 10 knobs sent in are broken from getting them off. I have new knobs in stock. go to my website
freaking assume great job I like doing custom stuff like that as well and did my 05 with a cheaper leather so I can imagine what a pain it is to do that with real good stuff, again, great job

not happening sorry that would clearly take away from my business.
Did you have to sand the edges of the panels to account for the thickness of the cover?
there is so much prep involved in doing these projects and the panels all need to be modified in many areas.
Great work! What kind of glue is used instead of the spray?
Very nice, really like your videos and keep up the good work!!!!
Are you still offering alcantara wrapping as a service? I didn't see it on the website but could have missed it.
