Space is the primary responsibilty of a tank. Now he has unlimited deployable shield and range to make space safely. He is op you are forgetting about the gravity interactions and 2 shots to one shot a 200hp target? Thats bad?
This guy is OP he can eat gravitons and just about any thing in the game thats a projectile. Basicly he has a better defense matrix than DVA a better ultimate than DVA a 1500 health sheild he can place at will and you cant hear him coming :(

His primary fire damages him a little bit if it hits him and when it explodes it pulls enemies towards it a small bit, he can shoot his primary fire in the air, and once the shield breaks it's unusable for 4 seconds then after 4 seconds it has to regen hp but you can still use it

D.V.A. bomp is treated as a player type AI. Which is why you can hook and boop it. So no projectile to eat there. His ult is knock up so orissa will just nope away. Same with moira but i assume if you stay in the circle you'll rise again Sombra fucks up anyone who relies on abilities. So main tain wise he's the weakest to her and oriisa is still the strongest against her.
Leksa A new tank is always appreciated and his shield is pretty versatile so I wouldn’t say he’s useless, but it’ll take playing him myself to see if he’ll actually get me to stop playing Rein and Orisa as my go to tanks.

Once you've locked in the position of his ult, you can keep firing (and i think using other abilities) while floating. To prevent getting sniped out of the air, you can throw his shield to where you're going to go.. and float into that spot and then start shooting everyone as they're stuck in the air. It's a very good ult imo
Sigma can eat grav, blizzard, dragonstrike arrow, etc. It's basically a person defense matrix. His E also can't be eaten by defense matrix or his shift. The E also stops Rein charge.
He feels like am off tank that mixed with Zen and sym. All his attacks have a 20 meter range to them, his primary fire can bounce off walls, and his ultimate levitates the enemy and slams them down(you can also fire during his ultimate). The best part is his theme plays during his selection and during his ultimate.
One thing I've noticed when you're on the hero select screen, if you watch sigma for long enough, he eventually looks past the camera and gets surprised, even scared by something beyond the camera and then snaps out of it 2 seconds later. Also, that "melody" has to be important somehow.
no it doesn't. _Buuuuut_ if Reinhardt can still use his shield in mid air then the ult's use case is greatly diminished, same for Baptiste's immortality field. Symm could ult to let her team live through it. Mei's ice wall seems to be tall enough to cover your team for most of it too. But this is OW, so of course your team is going to be hanzo, ashe, widowmaker, ana, zen, and hammond and you're just going to get rekt by the sigma ult.

Everyone said the same thing about Ashe, honestly he just doesn’t seem that strong to me. He could definitely be a game changer for comp I see a lot of new comps forming thanks to him, but he’s not really that strong unless you can REALLY play him. He’ll be practically useless in lower brackets as you definitely need to be skillful to use him, but in the end he seems pretty balanced and easy to kill unless he’s protected.
He actually seems like a ton of fun to play as a tank. Notable things I've noticed. - Slow fire speed. His orbs are likely meant to pressure rather than secure kills - Slow movement. Hes quite a sitting duck but his projectile barrier makes him very powerful. Able to keep himself protected for long periods of time. - Ultimate seems like a good way to chain into prep. Toss your barrier in the air, use your ult and hide behind it while you secure people. An easy chain: Sigma > Zarya > Tracer
I would’ve expected him to have time abilities of some sort because on the blizzard entertainment main page it’s describing some abilities that the hero’s have... it says there’s a hero that can slow down time. This might be a teaser or it hasn’t been noticed since the release of the game. It’s very possible that the website came out before the actual game did this would make sense because in development Lucio’s original ultimately was slowing down time for enemies in a radius instead of giving shield to teammates in a radius.

Magua seems to be like a sumo tank, like hes probably going to have something to similar to Reinhardts hammer down but with his legs probably is what I'm guessing 😅 maybe even a charge

I don't know, the Rock thing feels a bit out of place. Coudln't they make it that the shield knocks ppl out of the way (only by a tiny bit). That would have been cool.
So right off the bat, I can see two things: 1) Sym's old Shield has been improved and frankly I am glad to see it back on a proper tank character. 2) Hanzo's old Scatter Arrow got brought back, albeit in a lesser form. I for one am happy with having these back and perhaps more balanced into a new hero! Love that he is a Shields tank and not an Armor tank.
The knockdown time scales based on air time for his debris ability. So if you throw it from a far you can knock them down if you land it for more time. I don’t know the max time though.

I would’ve expected him to have time abilities of some sort because on the blizzard entertainment main page it’s describing some abilities that the hero’s have... it says there’s a hero that can slow down time. This might be a teaser or it hasn’t been noticed since the release of the game. It’s very possible that the website came out before the actual game did this would make sense because in development Lucio’s original ultimately was slowing down time for enemies in a radius instead of giving shield to teammates in a radius.
i think iv found my next main.. which kind of fitting seeing how I nearly went nuts my self watching his trailer, I'm honestly considering seeing someone about it.
Mechanic wise he is Moira + Orisa (With floating shields) I know I am maining this dude, at least before it gets nerfed to oblivion

When enemies are up in the air they are basically helpless. If so, I can imagine allied snipers are gonna have field day during that time period lol.

Sigma is like what Zenyatta would be if he were a tank. Both of them float, both of them throw balls, both of them have a burst damage option.
In theory pretty op, when I look at the cooldowns, border op, It would've been better if you had shown off the time it takes to fully regen the shield
when doom and briggi came out, the cooldowns were so short. blizzard is learning! i like!

So right off the bat, I can see two things: 1) Sym's old Shield has been improved and frankly I am glad to see it back on a proper tank character. 2) Hanzo's old Scatter Arrow got brought back, albeit in a lesser form. I for one am happy with having these back and perhaps more balanced into a new hero! Love that he is a Shields tank and not an Armor tank.

The knockdown time scales based on air time for his debris ability. So if you throw it from a far you can knock them down if you land it for more time. I don’t know the max time though.
