A CNA assist patients with bathing, eating, grooming, companionship, taking vital signs, etc.
A nurse is responsible for administering medication, watching out for any adverse reactions, risk management(like falls), scheduling doctor’s appointments, admitting and assessing patients, monitoring and reporting any progress or declining in patients to the doctor, supervising CNA’s, etc.
I’m a Nurse in the USA and this is how it’s done. I don’t know if it’s the same in Ghana.

@@moyamaty.8297 the difference between a CNA and a nurse is, CNA's don't give medications, injection, they don't do teachings and do blood infusion etc. they can only check bp, blood sugar, feed, bath and ambulate the patient etc
