The Market has been pretty bad until today it decided to surge. Everybody was Practically Crying then. It kept dipping. That's what you get when you feel you can navigate the process on your own. Big thank to Hilder Ferguson. I'm not bothered with how bad the Market is because my assests are insured due to her advice and I still receive my profits

My best friend is a truck driver in the US, incoming of goods from different countries are the same as prior. That's why he is wondering why there's a shortages. Then later he told me those goods were being held and hold by some unknown group of people....

      Yes
What you mentioned is part of the basic *demand and Supply determinant*.
Consumers and producers expecting future price change.
And in this case price is going up.
They might do better if they were to start a new country in the West since they have plenty of land to do it.

You have some excellent videos my friend. I just want to mention the correct definition of inflation. When you inflate a balloon, the two questions are 1)what is inflating the balloon, 2)what are the consequences? Your air is inflating the balloon. The consequences are the balloon grows bigger. Without your air inflating the balloon it will not grow bigger. The same with the economy. Without the increase in currency by the government (inflation) there would not be an increase in prices (demand). The first causes the later my friend.
In fact because of the increase in productivity, without government inflating it’s currency prices would actually fall.
So inflation is not a rise in prices. What is being inflated is the currency. Which in turn causes prices to go up, because more currency causes more demand.
The central banks know this. Do you?
So the correct term is not inflation but the consumer price index.

    Revelation 6:5-6 KJV
And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. [6] And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

I don't know about other people but low interest rates does not discourage me from savings. On the contrary, I spend as little as I can to increase my savings, so that I can compensate for the interest rate I am not earning. So that I can have adequate retirement savings when the time comes. If I can't build my retirement savings from interest, then I must save and build my savings myself. Stock market risk taking with your retirement savings is just stupid. You never invest money in the stock market that you can not afford to loose and will need for retirement.

Some people just can't resist the temptations of easy money/get rich quick. And some just fooled into pyramid/MLM scheme.
It's good to know that there's still people that can think rationally. If you want to get rich (or have enough money), you have to work & save.

    • @diekritischestimme
      @diekritischestimme 2 ปีที่แล้ว

If you do not invest or spend the money directly you easily lose 10% within a year. This effect is even stronger on the long run.
Either buy something like precious metals, stocks or land, now when inflation is rising, or you will eventually spend all your fiat money on a roll of toilet paper, when hyperinflation kicks in. This has happened in many countries, many times and you better spend your money now, on things you need, or you might need later within the next years, because everything is going to be more expensive within a few months.
If you need new cloth or shoes, buy them now. If you need to renovate your flat/house, better do this now.
I also recommend stocking up on food, because food prices will dramatically increase over the next months, years. (even if no war breaks out)
Buy dry seeds, lentils, rice, pasta and such, they last forever when you store them dry. You can also have some tinned food, it is better than going hungry when hyperinflation kicks in.

@@bungkusi2432 "If you want to get rich (or have enough money), you have to work & save."
No, actually, you have to work hard and INVEST your money. Because on your bank account you are constantly losing it, because of inflation caused by money printing central banks. If governments were not printing any money, the value of the money would be stable and not decrease, in that case saving money might make sense, but it is not the case.

@@diekritischestimme I saw this financial catastrophe in the making since the Obama administration lowered interest rates to near zero and has stayed there except for a brief period under Trump. I refinanced to the lowest interest rate available. I paid off all my debts. I have no liabilities planned until I need to trade my car in again in say 6 or 8 years. Hopefully by then interest rates will have risen sufficiently to offset inflation with the interest from my savings. I have plenty of clothes that I can make last several years before I really need to spend much on new items except for the occasional special item I might need. Food spoils, there's only so much edible food you can stock up on and the stuff you can store for years I wouldn't feed to a dog, full of salts and preservatives. I can't stop inflation from reducing the value of money. I can refuse to spend and save more to build my personal savings to where it needs to be in place of interest it is not earning. If I can't earn a decent 5-6% I can however continue to increase my savings as much as possible and perhaps closer to a 15-20% in savings per year. It just means I have to tighten my belt and not waste on things I can do without and make the things I have last longer like washers, dryers, TVs, stove, fridge, computers, furniture, clothing, etc... Food, fuel and utilities unfortunately you are mostly at the mercy of the market. We spend too much on these items anyway and can often be repaired and made to last much longer. That's what I can do to fight inflation's impact on my wallet. Putting money you cannot afford to lose in market investments is stupid. You do not invest money you cannot afford to lose in stocks and investments not guaranteed. You only invest money you can afford to lose. It's like gambling, you only gamble what you can afford to lose.

@@jean-claudelol563 You must understand that the FED cannot in fact increase interest rates, it would collapse the system, because it is built on debt making and "paying" credits, by creating even bigger credits. Just type "The Fed will crash the market if they increase interest rates: Opimas CEO" or something like this on youtube, there are many experts explaining this.
