these were very easy tbh. I have seen him solve way tougher ones in lesser time. If he had taken this one seriously, he might have finished in 4 or 5 minutes.

You could use string format to zero pad the numbers. I'm not sure if it would save you any time though.

Could you please make a tutorial for handling TLE. Since, you use nested for loops frequently.
I think that Javascript can parse the dates from the first problem in its standard lib:

You could have just split the string by space and used that to build the new date string.
