When I explore abandoned buildings, I've started to become far, FAR less scared of ghosts or demons; Now I'm scared that, when I enter, some maniac druggie is gonna be sleeping in there and go into a fit of rage on me.

The thing that scares me about these places is actually finding people in it... or wild animals....
I encountered both. It's really unsettling. One time it was just some person walking at night like us, but it gave me goosebumps, we just walked by without saying anything to each other and the other we heard boars pretty close and those fuckers are dangerous.
wild animals arent too bad. this place is right next to a popular college so finding people is prob common. ive been to a abaondoned hospital in the city and i was worried about running into hobos. proper people also went to the hospital and they did run into someone

10:28 a strange light flashes twice outside the window, have you noticed that?
I feel like they would have definitely noticed that, depending on the direction where they are facing, it might be natural. There are other buildings nearby this complex if you look on Google Maps. The light they saw two years ago is unexplained because it came from a direction and distance where there should be no lights.
Consider the concept of a ghost, not as a person who has died and become some kind of entity, but as a sort of tear in time. If you consider the idea of emotion, you know the feeling when someone is angry or incredibly sad, or the feeling of walking into a room with your friends, and everything feels right. Before you even fully enter the room, the air sort of feels a certain way. Now consider that energy, as a stain on that place that is not affected by time. The thing you might consider a "ghost" is not so much the remnants of someone who is dead, but rather a scar in the very fabric of time, that exists in the place where strong emotion is felt. By this concept, one could create a "ghost" and not be dead.

i like these videos because it's different from mainstream ghost hunting yt channels. there aren't a ton of cuts, there aren't extreme over the top reactions to the smallest reaction from the instruments, there isn't text telling you what you're supposed to be hearing, it's just completely unfiltered and genuine.

Yeah, I kinda wish they were a bit safer during exploring. When they said "we should go talk to them" I was like.....yeahhhh, nah bruh. I've had a few unwanted encounters while exploring and you don't want to mess with people.
If they red this I highly suggest they purchase a high power RGB flashlight. You can use the red light to increase personal visibility without drawing unwanted attention.
I just imagine a ghost shouting at them: "How the hell am I supposed to communicate with you when your fracking device keeps changes frequency!?!" Seriously, that's a stupid annoying device.

I was a skeptic too for a long time, because I never saw or heard anything that I (or science) just couldn't explain. Two years into a 5.5 year relationship in my early 20's, my fiance @ the time told me that there was "this thing" that would come around him sometimes that never let anyone see it. He said he would get so scared in it's presence, & that he couldn't move or speak, much less scream until it left. He couldn't describe it to me. He had waited years to tell me because he was afraid I would think he was crazy & leave him, or ridicule him. About a year or two later, I actually saw "the thing" with my own eyes as it was presenting itself in front of him in his friend's backyard. I didn't realize what it was at first, but then I realized he wasn't moving or talking. I started walking towards him, & when I got about 10 feet away, the thing zoomed off into no where. I was so shocked that I got really loud & said, "OH MY GOD, THAT WAS THE THING, WASN'T IT?!? OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST SAW THAT!!!" It had actually LET me see it, & NOBODY but him had ever seen it!! I thought WOW, I must be special for it to have shared itself with me. Anyway, I was making a commotion, & he didn't want ANYBODY else to hear us & think we were BOTH crazy. So I quickly followed him to the house, far behind our group of friends. This "thing" was round, transparent, yet white enough to be seen in the dark, & the size of a bowling ball. I have never seen that same thing again, maybe because we broke up after 5.5 years. I have seen & heard other unexplainable things before & since, but NEVER something like that again!! I still get spooked but excited when I talk about it & remember what I saw that night. I could never debunk it. I know that we both saw it, just wish I knew WHAT that was! There's more to the story, but too much to type.

Had a similar experience. Almost transparent whiteish entity. Had me scared/frozen and unable to scream. At first it floated in front of me then it moved towards my dads car. I think it was curious about the flashing red light of the alarm on the dash. I picked myself up and ran back to my house. I yelled at my dad to go outside and he saw it. We both agreed to keep our mouths shut about it.

Ah well, you're not going to win them all. The thing about the temperature fluctuating was a bit weird, but it was still something you could find a reasonable explanation for. What makes Bumps In The Night interesting to me, is that you are honestly not sure if you would find anything.
Like you said though, the place is so trashed it's become pitiful. There's no ambience, it's just a confusing ruin :(
Yea it would be great to do Bumps in the Night at a less ruined location but unfortunately those are usually the types of places we could get in trouble for filming at, and the lights we use would definitely get us spotted. We're always looking out for more potential locations though.

None of the lights appear to be moving, but you are, and your lights are; i am guessing these are just reflections from your lights.

I mean they were insane and in the past life they were most likely wandering around and standing around. Now they past and I assume they won’t be doing anything different or going anywhere else

Josh / "Exploring with Josh" did a multi part Chernobyl / Pripyat explore series three years ago, and then a return series one year ago, which are still on TH-cam now. Josh actually wasn't his light-hearted self when experiencing the seriousness of the situation. I was quite impressed with all of the areas he explored and research involved.
