8:22 Boil liquid, then reduce to low heat for 12 min

TOOLS YOU'LL NEED
Large stockpot
Blender
Hand food chopper
PREP AHEAD
Chop 1/4 off an onion
Cut tomatoes in 4
Pre-measure the rest of the ingredients
The ingredients include:
-1 package of letter pasta (1lb package)
-3 tomatoes
-1/4 white onion
-1/2 cup of frozen peas (optional)
-7 cups of water
-2 tsp salt
-1 tbs chicken bullion paste
Step 1: Bring 5 cups of water to boil
Step 2: While you wait for the water to boil, cut the tomatoes in 4 and add to the blender. Also, add the 1/4 onion and the remaining 2 cups of water. Blend for about 3 minutes
Step 3: Using a strainer, strain the tomato mixture to remove the remaining seeds and tomato peel if any
Step 4: Pour tomato mix into a large pot with the rest of the water. Turn the stove on to high heat and wait for it to boil. Once it starts boiling add the pasta, peas, and 1 tbs of chicken bullion, and lower the heat to low
Step 5: Let cook for about 20 minutes
