You are welcome buddy, unfortunately, i know stuff about most multi-function copiers which i already used, so there are lots of other brands and models which i never put my hands on .. but they are all close in terms of installing them via network or usb .. but when it comes to scanning, i only use RICOH, they are the most easy & convenient scanners. and about the drivers, you can easily find them on canon support & choose your right driver based on your windows.

You can but you must have a network file share and the IR hooked up to the network. Then you configure the printer to scan and send to that network share. You retrieve your scans from that network share using your PC.

Hey Future Dr Vic, each company is developing their own app for printing through phones and tablets, but i do only print through a regular computers and not phones or tablets, so never tried printing through the phone except with a Brother Color Deskjet Printer and since i do have a computer, it's easier and faster to print using it.

+mohd omair Hey buddy, Good Question, Piece of Cake, you just connect the copier to a wireless Router or Access-Point and this way you got yourself a wireless printer for any number of laptops you want and all can print together. This one you saw in the video i was installing it via wi-fi as the rest of my printers, i connect them all via a network cables to a wireless router and Voilla! all are wireless. Hopefully that solves it :D !
Never used the phone with medium business or high volume copiers, only computers. but there are some apps for small home printers from Canon, Epson, HP and Brother for printing photos and documents or scanning using your phone but only on the multi-function deskjet ones.

But the cost of printing will be more because of the ink prices. It will more affordable if i use canon big photostat machines for printing. But no way to connect on phone. ☹️ (I'm not good at English, hope you understand)
You may want to assign a static IP to the machine and not let it have an IP through DHCP and make sure the IP you are assigning is not the same as your router or any other device for that matter. hope it works fine with you.
Sabir Shaikh, you can easily type the machine's model ex. (iR4570 Driver) on google, and also there are some built-in drivers @ windows drivers for canon printers with a similar names like iR2035 or smth such a driver would work as well.
Then you must either ask the IT person or Admin if it were in a company or something to gain access or it would be even harder if you got it used cause there would be a previous admin for the copier ..
Sorry to hear that, just if you followed my steps as i showed you, it will work perfectly fine, make sure you assigned the right IP for the copier as well and last thing that may cause it not to work is that copiers interface settings are sometimes various and some features are locked by ITs and so on.

Hey Harsh Singh, you have to assign a manual or static IP for the Machine, you don't let it get an IP via the DHCP.
