I used to have a very tight schedule and micro manage my time 5 days a week, I had a long commute, corporate management job. I would suggest too that you just let people know your businesses you have are your job and you will contact thrm later in the evening. Or it it is close to a weekend, let them know you will reach out to them on the weekend. I agree with you, people who want back and forth messaging use up alot of your valuable time during the day.
I agree, it's nice to let people know ahead of time. But a lot of people don't respect personal boundaries and want you to be available anytime they feel they need you
Ghosting to me means, being on a dating app ...if I am communicating with someone and the messaging is going well. Then all of a sudden, they stop messsging all together. If people are not really interested, they should be polite and just say "we are not a match" but not to keep messaging you then cutting a person off without an explanation?
