Man, it’s so crazy that he started off playing a sweeping slice and now he plays a sweeping hook… how his game has evolved but still a good golfer! Keep it up Bubbie!
I’m new to the golf scene but I do not understand why everyone in these comments are so negative or trying to fix everything you do. I’m enjoying the videos and I’m pretty sure you play better golf than 99% of the commenters trying to correct you. Hope you’re doing well :)
Love the videos and love that u are swinging your swing. It might actually really benefit your game to fix that alignment a little bit, maybe get a lesson about that. Again, love the idea of swing your swing, and nothing wrong with trusting the draw. But fixing alignment, and thereby path a bit would just make the misses a bit smaller. Love to see you playing some great golf, keep it up brother. All love
The short game improvement has been huge. Keeps you in holes when things get a bit hairy with your driver and irons. Have a day where those are clicking too and you can break par.
Keep trying Bubbie. You'll succeed eventually. You've achieved massive distance, but golf is about MORE than raw distance. Work more on controlling the ball. A straight in-play ball even if shorter on distance, will improve your ability to score on the course.
Honestly I can not wait to see Bubbie improve. With his effortless speed and his putting, if he just became more consistent and stopped the hooks I think he could score so much better.
@@sfodge7 Tbh I think he's been getting better. The video on the good good channel with Wyndham Clark where he was in a 3 man scramble team, he was playing a lot better. Some seriously good drives and short game imo. Hope it continues
Bubbie , brother ... you have GOT to get some golf shoes . Don't worry about looking cool ! You generate way too much power to be wearing bologna skins out there . 😂😂
Bubbie, do you know why your bunker play is so good and accurate. Cause your takeaway is straight back, as to your normal swings takes back is whipped in on the inside, way to much. Which is why you hook it. I would love to see the club head on the outside of your hands, on your takeaway. You’ll his it straight. 🙏🏻
@@NbaYoungboy692 cause he whips it on the inside of his takeaway, which promotes the hook. He needs the club head on the outside of hands in the takeaway
Dod would beat bubble. I like Bubs alot but his wedge game needs to improve. Then he would be killing it. He's a completive guy so he may be able to keep with him for a while but dod does have pretty good hands. It would be an electric match though.
@@austinhensley6901 agreed I think it would give bubbie that pressure Chicagoans low-key need. The unprovoked trash talk would zone bubbie in....bubbie would see what his best game looks like
Yooooo when are you going to come back to Miami and play with some Alums? I never knew you personally but I know some Evan’s schollars friends of yours and it could be a really cool video. Either way go Redhawks. It’s crazy I was watching good good while in school with you and now you’re killing it so hard. So sick to see hard work pay off
If you start penalising yourself properly and keeping accurate score your game will improve even more. It will force you to focus on course management.
You’re too worried about the shots that don’t go the way you want them to right now, and that’s perfectly natural, but the difference between you and a pro tour golfer isn’t your skill level, it’s your mindset. Wesley Bryan talks about this all the time, and he explains how he overcame the lowest point in his golf career (in college), and how practice will only get you so far. You have to be okay with your bad shots, and not let them throw you off. You shouldn’t feel any different from hitting one on the fairway/green than you do about the ones you hit in the native area/out of bounds. You can’t change what’s already happened, but you can stay calm and focus on each shot with everything you have! By focus, I mean taking practice swings, finding your ranges, and slowing down so you don’t rush any of your strokes. Toward the end of the video, your mind wasn’t focused on each individual stroke, but rather the outcome of the entire course. You weren’t happy with landing out of bounds, and you immediately started thinking about the next hole, and that’s when you started to play worse, but you could have saved yourself some strokes, had you been focusing on your current stroke. Golf is a tough sport, and it can break down the best players in the world, but you have the power, skill, and experience necessary to play at the highest level of the game! You just need to work on the mental aspect of golf, and approach every stroke as if you’ve been practicing each one of those shots for years; regardless of where your ball is because you have put in the work! You know exactly what you need to do, and all you need to worry about is the shot in front of you. Keep doing that, and I promise you’ll get the results you seek! God bless you!
It seems like nobody in GoodGood knows that the penalty for a lost ball isn't one stroke, it's stroke and distance. The newer rule, IIRC, allows for a two-stroke penalty rather than a strict stoke and distance, to help speed play. Any way you look at it, every time they drop a ball because they couldn't find the original, they should be adding TWO strokes, not one. This explains why all their handicaps came out lower than they really are. Not trying to hate on Bubbie, or GoodGood. I enjoyed the video, and I love Bubbie. Looking forward to your progress working on your game. If you could tone that hook into a gentle draw, you can improve your scores a lot. I envy your power; now it's time to add consistency. Your short game has improved a lot. Keep up the good work!
@@MarkPriest-q9y If the ball is in a lateral hazard, a one-stroke penalty and dropping a new ball is fine. They should clarify when it's a hazard versus a lost ball. They have also been known to play OB as a one-stroke penalty at times.
