this quarantine has me a bit down. But this video cheered me up. Ive always wanted to visit Tonga. I usually visit the Caribbean for weeks at a time and I see so many similarities in this video. Saw a massive breadfruit tree in your video. *DEEP SIGH* Once this lockdown is over I will arrange travel.
I'm Tongan and I've ALWAYS wanted to visit the Carribean as I'm intrigued by your culture, history & food. I just found out that one of my ancestors is responsible for introducing breadfruit to the Carribean and now I feel like I really have to go 🙂
Over here drooling over the ‘ota ika ‘i tahi when you were in Fafa Island lol first of all, I’m scrolling through your channel for the jam pie recipe, and of course always looking through anything about the island home 🥰❤️
Just realized you're a Tongan from Canada. I'm going to take a wild guess. Are you Caroline? Kalisi's friend from Side School? She's the only Tongan I know of that resides in Canada lol haha like I said. wild guess!

Hello, well after corona dies down you can find connecting flights from your country to Tonga. You can use a travel agency or simply book online. Its a beautiful place where you can escape from the busy lifestyle and enjoy island life. Hope that answered your question.
@@TasteoftheSouthpacific thanks for your reply Should I obtain an entry visa to the Kingdom of Tonga, knowing that I hold a Syrian passport and reside in Saudi Arabia? Please reply and grimace to you
@@asedased2289 Upon doing a bit of research, yes, you would need a visa. You can email tongapermit@gmail.com for further questions regarding the forms you need to fill out. Hoping you make it to Tonga in the future 🙂

That was a long flight. 12+ hrs? I usually fly from LA to Fiji to reach Tonga and it's around 10 1/2 hrs.
