Sometimes I think I’m used to it but on some days I don’t feel good at all and recently it got really bad due to stress from school and my exams. Im currently 37wks pregnant & I’ve been watching your videos 😭🩷 everytime a notification pops up that you’ve uploaded, it feels like I’m excited for girls night 🥲 it makes me feel not so alone
For the blueberry syrup: you add water to a pan very little but a couple of tablespoons and then you add your sugar and let that water get really hot. That sugar will heat up that water really hot and then you add your blueberries and you watch them pretty much disintegrate probably may need to add a little bit more water starts to get too thick because you don’t want the blueberries to fry when you want the blueberries to pop. They will pretty much melt because of the heat intensity from the sugar. You won’t have to mash them at all. This is the same recipe for roots and fruit to add a dash in the water. I use coconut sugar or raw sugar. They have a higher heating point or create a higher heating point and it’s more natural.

For the blueberry syrup: you add water to a pan very little but a couple of tablespoons and then you add your sugar and let that water get really hot. That sugar will heat up that water really hot and then you add your blueberries and you watch them pretty much disintegrate probably may need to add a little bit more water starts to get too thick because you don’t want the blueberries to fry when you want the blueberries to pop. They will pretty much melt because of the heat intensity from the sugar. You won’t have to mash them at all. This is the same recipe for roots and fruit to add a dash in the water. I use coconut sugar or raw sugar. They have a higher heating point or create a higher heating point and it’s more natural.
