@9:09 Thank you for clarifying that 30 min. pre-race window for getting Fantasy League picks in. With the way qualifying and practice can go, I've been holding off for as long as I can, but I also appreciate the ability to edit picks. MXA killing it with the app!
Gncc is a different animal. Good luck. I wear a bandana with a long tail for sweat. The tail pulls the moisture to the back where it evaporates replacing the cooling effects of a mullet for us bald guys.
Nice to see that big sweeper first turn for the next SX race. Good luck with the gncc race. Just pace yourself, nothing worse than being completely smoked 30 minutes in knowing how long the race is.
If you race any of the 3 gncc races in West Virginia be prepared. Snowshoe and the mountaineer are 2 of the hardest of the whole series. I feel like gncc doesnt get enough attention with it being as tough as it is just from watching the 3 in WV.
Josh, I've used the vet strips, largely for cycling. You may need to cut them to length. Clean your forehead with alcohol so they stick properly, and you'll have to find a way to route them above/below goggle frame so they shunt the sweat away to the sides.
We used to call them hare scrambles, They were three hour events I never finished worse than third, four stroke A class. My Suggestion would be to get a good start. Ride hard for about 2 laps. Find your place. Then back off to a 3/4 pace to finish. Smoother is faster, Rides mood only go balls out at the end if you need to get by somebody! Good luck I will listen for the results hope you do well.
Arm pump surgery is the opening of the fascia that surrounds the muscle to allow it to expand more and not be as constricted when the muscle pumps up (they do not open the veins). I also agree this treatment algorithm is not as beneficial as one might think as it leads to later scar tissue that can be less pliable than your natural fascia. I would use this as a last ditch effort. I do believe that one should focus more on technique and training rather than the surgery as its costly and not a guarantee.
If I had the choice I would! I definitely agree. Yamaha is bringing us out to the event and the YZ450FX is the newest bike they’re promoting, so that’s my option this time around.
I used to race GNCC and the sweat was always an issue. We used to use the ladies ultra thin liners, if ya know what i mean and they worked like a charm. LMAO. Ya get ya balls busted a bit but it really did work great.
@@microsoft790 Okay, I believe you. It only makes the best sense. Ive only been to a outside SX. I saw it was closed last year and it was real smoky from the fireworks and the bikes. I read it will be like 65% open Saturday. I live in Lake Havasu and yes rain rain rain..lol
And with detroit bring on national TV you'd think they would have a better track... maybe the logic was a more basic track would mean faster laps and more battles so in turn would be entertaining for noobs watching for first time
@BestoftheWest.....didn't you know that you're not allowed to wonder who designed anything nowadays without having a valid reason as to why? You didn't know that?
They need to not funnel the start corner much. All the riders are getting great starts because of the grass and 22 rider can not fit into such a small hole. I have thought from day one I didn't like the grats. Out doors they are fine because start straights are longer and the first corner is wider then Supercross. Good luck racing in the mud..
Good Luck on both races Josh. Glendale looks sick. Can't wait. 😉✌️
Good luck with the GNCC, I’ll be watching live from the UK 👊🏻
The GNCC race is sick
Love these video's ❤ i look forward to them every week. Thanks Josh and the MXA crew
That track layout is beautiful!! Can't wait to see the boys rip that up!
we use to use maxi pads for sweat.. they worked amazing back when I use to race cnc and gfi, I know sounds funny but nothing worked better.
max powa!
Love the App fellas.. the prizes are awesome... love the experience. I am # 980 overall at the moment.
Wow you’re doing great! Glad you love it. Our guy Justin did a great job and we’re still making updates and improvements along the way
@@joshmosiman1955 - its awesome man well done.

Crazy, Jonny Hopper pointed out what he thought was a rebound issue with ET3 shock. Sounds like he nailed it
Star Yamaha just posted it was not a bike problem…
Hopper reported that someone trackside mentioned it after the race. Hardy nailing it.
Johnny "I digress" Hopper didn't nail anything..... it was an arm pump issue with ET3.

Wow great idea for the sweat! How long of a tail are you talking? Out the back of the helmet?
Drag racing through those straight rhythms!!!!

Glendale is always a crazy cool layout
What's the latest with Michael Mosiman?
Hi...Enzo didn't speak in spanish...he speaked in portuguese from Brasil. Brasilian people speak portuguese.
Tomac will have the right shock here!
It's Jett's calm mind that others should try to duplicate! A calm mind when racing is how you truly slow things down?? Or things seem slower!
We are also back on the West Coast. Then back to East Coast for Arlington.
Maxi pad in the front of helmet soakes up sweat really good
Apparently Yamaha issued a statement claiming that Tomac's struggle wasn't due to a shock issue, so it definitely was a shock issue 😆
I thought they said it was related to bad settings for the conditions, but not a shock failure.

Agreed, and if WV is wet it is a nightmare. Longest 3 hours of my life.
Josh…anyway you could get your brother to do an update interview?
the track is very good
Best content as always, I wear a 1970’s looking jazzercise headband from Amazon and it’s legitness.
They speak Portuguese in Brazil, not Spanish
Wow that’s embarrassing! Thanks for the heads up.
Nice work

This long track would normally play into Tomac's advantage but we'll see.
As a Haiden fan I picked the Fork to win.
And is the fantasy 250 East fixed?
Ya with the gncc stuff you have to leave the moto mindset at home or you’ll be dead come lap 3. Woods racing is about pace not the hole shot
Definitely, I’ve done a few 2 hour races on the west coast, but never and East coast off-road race before
Every form of racing is about the hole shot... You think it's better to race in dirty air over clean air 🤔
I picked Jett to win in Detroit.. AND I’ll be doing the same here.
Genius...
Shoutout to MXA fantasy??? Where was I
is the Az stadium covered because they are getting a ton of rain as well
Yes it is!
Yes, it’s covered
Convertible like a moon roof.
I wear a bandanna under my helmet to keep the sweat off my googles and it keeps the helmet nice and tight.
The whoop section still looks long even though they are only 9 each

Get some maxi pads and cut a strip to fit the top of your goggles for sweat.
Also looks like they removed the small double before the start last minute 😂

No leader and winner Mr Forkner.A because no 250 light east main event 1st and so ya to David
I think u should ride a 250 for that gncc u won't get that 450 out of 2nd gear
If I had the choice I would! I definitely agree. Yamaha is bringing us out to the event and the YZ450FX is the newest bike they’re promoting, so that’s my option this time around.
@@joshmosiman1955 ok cool
I think it would be awesome if Yamaha made a 350
Start drinking A LOT of water a couple of days before the event. You’ll be amazed the performance difference in your body.
Yessir oh yeah
I thought Coker from Yamaha issued a statement saying it 100% was NOT a shock failure issue.
In the fantasy league I had no options for east 250 riders 😢
You might need to refresh the app and if that doesn't work, we have an update in the app store.
Less quad lines that you think. Maybe one if you table over the start. But for the most part everyone will be riding the same rhythms.

He had arm pump. Team manger clarified it yesterday
Yep! Manager even said it 100% was NOT a shock failure!
Enzo Lopes speaks Portuguese not Spanish
It has been raining here for the past few days so don’t expect a dry track
Its a enclosed stadium...

So is Tomacs broken shims in his shock the same problem that Justin Starling is having in his shock?
Track layout only looks WILD because Detroit was such TRASH.
At least it had bowl turns unlike all the other ones.

arm pump surgery ??? omg now I've heard it all how ridiculous.
