The cure of enzyma is not good for the soaps ,use bar soap or sunlight,don't use Vaseline,go the dermatologist akwandikie cream ,mine is using dermol the best ,my son now is a teenager ,and no complain

To cure Ezchema pliz visit county council hospital behind Kampala house ask skin doctor and he will direct you on the oil to apply to the affected area and it will heal completely my 2 kids were having that condition but now they are completely healed
Avoid bathing her daily or when she takes a bath you can wash her using the eczema cream the way you apply soaps then dont dry her off kabisaa and apply the cream...it is working for me saa hii. And also avoid the animal proteins and glutens
