Have you tried taking stool softeners or a laxative the day before your shot? Then see if that affects whether your number goes up on the day of your next shot. Do you shoot fkr 25-30g of fiber. I find when I count my protein and fiber grams per day, plus water, then I’ll have a regular BM. Sometimes I take smooth move tea, but the cramps you up so that’s only for emergencies. Also, when I get 7hrs of sleep, I’m more likely to have a regular BM.
I stopped taking my weight on the last day of the shot when the medicine is the lowest amount in my body. Maybe your midweek can be your weight ins vs the day before, of it after jam day.. I think if I remember right last week on Wednesday you were higher so it seems like you’re still trending down.

Yes I take Milk of Magnesia 2 days before shot day to cleanse my system

I can’t handle greasy food 🍲 hurts my stomach
I know when I eat fried cabbage although it’s good it hurts my stomach because of that grease
Keep going. Maybe you need to be titrated up to 15mg.
My dr appointment is next Friday 3 month follow so I’ll see what she says about going to 15
