Confusion on Q 4 but sir vertical moblity upward he hai na like teacher se woh professor ban gaya ...it means upward movt...how it can be up and down both

But upward means teacher becomes lecturer and lecturer becomes professor
Downward means: A teacher or lecturer gets terminated from his service and his status gets down.
