In identity V NA and EU servers are shared and to be quite honest NetEase are just an awful company and don't care about the feedback from the fans.

Try playing hunter without getting cipher rushed. There is, in fact, a thing called "pro hunter" simply because it requires a lot of skill to win even against mediocre survivors, let alone well coordinated teams.
