With the big man, you get commitment, passion AND technical know-how; Ancelotti mentored him and rates him as a coach, a manager, a motivator and a straightforward man of honour. Bloody hard worker too, scared of no-one and nothing. Also Rodney Trotter as Assistant is an excellent choice ( thats an in-joke for Goodison faithful 👍 ). Good luck big man. Give 'em hell.
