I got the windfree ac installed on 31st May,23 but on 19th July the ac stopped cooling. When the technician came they said that Gas has been leaked but another engineer came than they just cleaned the filter (which was having layers of mud) and now the ac is working fine😂
Few features are not available on Samsung Windfree 1ton ac. 1. Power consumption is not available on phone for this 1ton ac model. 2. Wash feature is not active on 1 ton model. Hi sir, when your AC is turned on from the remote, does the flap motor make some vibrating humming sound to open? I have seen this in my Windfree AC only when I turn it on or when I turn it off. Rest of the flap motor operation is smooth, but only while opening and closing it makes a little hmmm sound. Is that so in your AC too? Thanks!
hi, just now checked, there are slots for two tricare filters in this model, the technician took and threw those away while servicing, i could not find replacement for that filter anywhere, any idea where i can buy that filter?

I am not in favor of concealed pipes. Modern ACs come with Grooved pipes, Also Wall thickness might be different. The install technician will be able to give proper info.

Ok so mine got installed yesterday and initially the indoor unit makes a vibrating noise which is not that audible with normal function but if I change to wind free I can clearly hear it. Once the room cools the noise vanishes. Is it normal?

@@rahuldasgupta5996 at quiet mode noise is very negligible... Baki sab toh thik hain. As of now satisfied... One Power cable has to be purchased extra for main supply... In this AC the power connection is different from other AC. In this model main supply is connected to outdoor and indoor receive power from outer unit.. two cable is provided and main supply cable has to be purchased. I have purchased it considering 5 year warranty on most of the expensive parts of AC. Cooling is also good.. u can go for it

Wash will use the freezeWash technology to wash the Indoor coil , the process takes a good 40 min. Clean just runs indoor blower to dry the coil (Included in freezewash) Takes about 15 min. As You can see, Freezewash is a much superior program.

All motors make small whirring sound. It's OK.

Looks like you have optional pm 2.5 filters. These need to be installed below dust filters.

Well, My AC does not have tricare feature.
It was the duty of Service center to properly install and satisfy the customer. You Can launch complaint.

A monthly wash and weekly filter cleaning is recommended.
In which time period we should clean ac filter generally in how many weaks in dusty area can i clean my ac filter in every 2 to 3 weaks

Sir what is difference between wash option and clean option
Wash will use the freezeWash technology to wash the Indoor coil , the process takes a good 40 min.
Clean just runs indoor blower to dry the coil (Included in freezewash)
Takes about 15 min.
As You can see, Freezewash is a much superior program.

After using Multiple Samsung & LG ACs, I can say that both are very good. You can't go wrong with any of them.
Samsung has more options, Better warranty and is slightly cheaper. Not a bad choice at all!

It's actually pretty easy. Try from both sides or one side. Slowly.
There is a small notch you need to pull at.
I am facing same situation. I pulled hard and nothing happens. I went through the user manual but only filter cleaning option is mentioned there and 4in1 care filter cleaning every 3 years. May be this front panel is not supposed to be touched.

So jab se maine clean and wash ka button press Kiya hain for cleaning tab se baar baar...whenever I close my ac...cleaning ka option apne aap shuru ho jaata hain 1percent, 2percent etc. Main jab clean ka button dabata hun, tab hee khatam hota hain...! Baar baar kyun ho Raha hain?

Samsung has too many confusing models which look similar but some features are not supported. Freeze wash is supported in my particular model, Link in description.
