Mediterranean Style Wild Goat Kababs

Testing out a new wild goat Kebab Recipe, the flavour was amazing but the meat wasn't quite as tender as I thought it would be, I put this down to me accidentally over cooking it a little.
This is the first episode of a series I'm starting called "Wild Game Sundays". starting from May I will be releasing a new video every Sunday testing out new wild game recipes.

Ingredients For This Recipe:
475g Wild Goat Backstrap
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Brown Onion
2 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
Ground Black Pepper to suit taste.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lemon
