Could you help me out I have a k40 I use inkscape and k40 whisper my engraver isn't finishing it gets to the end of the engraver and resets to where the engraving started all while firing the laser so it's putting a line in whatever I have engraved
I have tried installing the k40 whisper, and when i try installing the driver it says diver installation failed driver already exsit but when i try to do anything with the laser engraver it will not do anything?
Thank you you did excellent job. I have a problem on K40 Whisper my axis are moving correctly but when I initialize or home the machine it move opposite side both axis have same problem. Can you help me how to rectify it.
I'm sure there is if you dig around on eBay. I just replaced the board with a Cohesion3D LaserBoard and now I'm using LightBurn with it. Thanks for watching!

@@kevinguzman9541 Yes, K40 Whisperer will ask if you want to install it's driver during the installation process.
MakeTech im already downloaded but when i proceed to install the whisperer just open without installing like application
@@kevinguzman9541 Strange, you can see at about 3:26 in my video, it asks to install the drivers. Maybe try to reinstall and see what happens?

Sorry, I'm not sure if it works with diode lasers or not. You would have to check with the manufacture.

Try installing the stock Chinese software and see if it runs with that.
You could also just upgrade the control board and run lightburn instead.

Sounds like your stepper motors are wired backwards!

Will the newer version of this machine with the Ruida RDWorks DSP Controller also work with LightBurn software?

Apparently both softwares do, but I've never tried them on mac.
