About cracked lips, looks like angular cheilitis to me. I’m a dmd and often see this. Different factors can cause this and may need anti fungal to clear it up. Regarding milk, oat for coffee, almond for cereal and I leave the cows mammary secretions for her baby calves. That stuff is full of pus, antibiotics and hormones. Also not natural to be drinking breast milk of an animal 🤷🏻♀️
