There is NO ONE better to take us on a tour of Yellowstone and through the great parks of our west. I so miss him in Yellowstone. Sheridan ended that he could have worked with Kevin, but Sheridan's ego ended our precious show. The best show on TV. I loved the characters on Yellowstone, I wish we could do a redo but I know that that is not a possibility. Good luck, Kevin, with your Yellowstone documentary. We'll be watching.

At 5:18, the two cutest little pups in Yellowstone. Except they're probably bigger now. So now, "She," the nextfilm voiceover finally gets it: In Yellowstone, the Sheridan-crafted TV series, the main character was indeed the land, the mountains, the starry skies, the crystal clear streams, the wildlife and natural life and John Dutton's relationship with it. Al beit, cattle and horses arrived courtesy of domestic exploitation, but the Mountains and gorgers were there first and so with careful attention, they too shall remain. And "poof!" If the Volcano gets fed up with people. it too will explode with masterful range "Off my land!". This is Nature talking, just like the parting of the Red Sea. P.S. He is not the poster child for the American West. The whole point of from Yellowstone to Yosemite is he is the Steward for nature's birthright. It is earth's west, humans just happen to call it "America" but in the language (Lenape) of antiquity that meant "Great Turtle"; the shape of our shared land is that of the Great Turtle's back. Happy are all of the turtles mistaken for immoble terrain, and not someone's soup stock. Perhaps, because turtles are immobile to avoid detection, Ferdinand Hayden, saw them as parked and henceforth Yellowstone became the first of our national PARK system (i.e., Humans park cars, nature parked a turtle). Kevin Costner does a fantastic job of investing and telling the true story of the Creation of Great State Parks by Teddy Roosevelt and David Muir travels and the indigenous peoples who lived there first and foremost before the pioneer people came West !!
