Corporate buildings were designed to be transparent to give the passing public an impression that no corruption was going on inside. Then some decided to go for the mirror look so when people gazed inside they only got their own reflection gazing back at them. 😁

Ferrets make absolutely amazing pets. I had 2 house polecat/ferrets. My son used to take them short walks on their lead, they had run of the house during the day, they can be litter trained.They are like mini cats. Ideal for people who live in a flat. Sadly they smell pretty bad, but if you can get past that then they make ideal companions.
Amazing pets!? I love ferrets but they are one of the hardest to keep cause they piss and smell everywhere and are gonna have so damn much energy you need to do a lot of work and prepare for shit to be broken.

I moved to Leeds from Guernsey in 1980 aged 16, and I absolutely loved this amazing city. The people were so friendly and welcoming. I spent 16 years in wonderful Yorkshire and it is great to see that the people are still as friendly as ever. Compared to most of your videos, Leeds seems to be as welcoming as it was for me all those years ago, which was lovely to see. The place may have changed, but the people are still the same. As a South African who's never been to England (sadly, or thank-goodnessly?) I must say that all photons I've seen of Leeds from TH-camrs have been most impressive. I never realised that Leeds is such a huge city and the buildings are just spectacular and generally well-kept. As far as I'm concerned, the city is in much better shape than most other English cities. Even the girls seem to be prettier and sexier. 😉

We're still here but lots of the shops especially those in the John Lewis building are very expensive and Leeds market is often empty, even on a Saturday.
I'm from Leeds and I've noticed a downward spiral of the market, it used to be chock-a-block especially on a Saturday. I even remember the fire! The great big lump of cement which is the DSS building was where the Quarry Hill Flats was, now that was a social experiment gone awry. Many of us dislike the John Lewis building as they knocked down the beautiful buildings that were called "bookends" as it matched the opposite side. I'll carry on watching and I sincerely hope you come across some good people as I'd like to think us Yorkshire folk can be ❤

I'm from Leeds and I've noticed a downward spiral of the market, it used to be chock-a-block especially on a Saturday. I even remember the fire! The great big lump of cement which is the DSS building was where the Quarry Hill Flats was, now that was a social experiment gone awry. Many of us dislike the John Lewis building as they knocked down the beautiful buildings that were called "bookends" as it matched the opposite side. I'll carry on watching and I sincerely hope you come across some good people as I'd like to think us Yorkshire folk can be ❤
