love this type of videos, please continue uploading these!
also you don't need to switch out your entire trailing arms, just replace the bushings for polyurethane ones. that'll keep them in place.
Thank you for the support! I have another one coming out in a few hours - I did end up replacing just the trailing arm bushing with some newer performance one, it helped a ton
keep the videos coming I am a fan fbo and gutted 0-60 would be sick step by step u made me get one rusty but I think is worth it can be fix saving the integras
Let's go!! They are so fun to work on. I have considered FBO, gutted does help a little, maybe .2 secds faster.
As long as the rust isn't terrible you could fiberglass resin fix it. I'll see what I can compile for the "how to gut." Its relatively straight forward though. Remove the seat backs (don't need tools) remove 1 screw for the bottoms, then it's 3 bolts on each side panel and a bunch of push tabs then you're gutted! I have a yt short of me putting the interior back in if you want to check that out.
@@extrahawkins Is hard to find a 0-60 for stock ls manual but I seen 8.0 online and auto 8.9 / gutting it and fbo I think should be close to a full second with a good lunch that is not bad and with no tune pretty badass I would say and i gutted mine lol i was like yea after seeings yours I did it I think is better I just dont need back stuff I wish youtube would give you more views
@sanjunascarltwosixkilla I appreciate it man, the 0-60 times do get a lot better. After a gut and better tires I actually broke into the high 7s! Granted the car has some base engine work done to it, but that's stock air intake and exhaust system. I imagine FBO+ tune, gutted and sticky tires you could get low 7s. I have a video coming out today that has a 0-60 clip near the end after tires and gut, i didn't time it though
Just did the trailing em bushing on my ek not bad tool definitely recommended big difference in turns
I ended up swapping them (posted about it yesterday) made a huge difference!!
