I put it in my coffee almost daily and in Greek yogurt with blueberries. Chicken, fish oil, olive oil, avocados, Greek yogurt, blueberries, cinnamon, spinach, whole eggs, and garlic daily. Healthy fats, berries, green leafy veggies, full fat meat, fish oils, working out 5x a week, and cinnamon on a keto diet have kept my skin glowing, hair extremely healthy, and really helped out my depression.

not if you dont know how to use them properly there are other very strong ashagandha garlic red propolis and instead fresh ginger + garlic +_raw honey (dark) bio is a great combo add some banana , only cocunut extra virgin oil carefull xd fresh turmeric or if not you need some fat+lemon or apple cider vinegar to ignore the chance of oxalate problems and stones. and with honey + turmeric +fatif properly blended give you the maximum effectivness , also add lemon+unfiltered (means fresh less than 6 months and more powerfull) +olive oil , and if you want for skin face care unfiltered olive oil + few drops of tea tree essential oil bio and later extra virgin cocunut oil + turmeric +raw honey for 20 min

Thanks for the essential oil videos! You mentioned that the Holy Anointing Oil was to be poured on the heads of the sick; according to Exodus 30:32, "Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you." Was it working like an expectorant, and you were coughing up mucus? Or was it a cough like it was irritating your throat like a mild allergic reaction, or felt like your throat was closing? Or you were just coughing all day for no reason? That's so odd, and I'm just genuinely curious. So sorry for all the questions.
I know I tried some ground ceylon cinnamon in a bag years ago, frontier brand I think, ordered from amazon, and it triggered palpitations everytime! But after researching I found it wasn't true Ceylon cinnamon & country of origin was China 😑 lol. It was a reddish burnt brown color & too dark also. I found some real Ceylon cinnamon sticks a few days ago & ground it myself lol, hope it works better!

I make my own season blend... for meats and just over all cooking....I add cinnamon in the blend you can't really taste the difference once it's incorporated in...and it helps to give like air fried or baked chicken that dark rich color

The trunk of the tree is the brain of the tree.
Leaves are the hair of the tree.
Cinnamon bark is the knowledge base of the cinnamon tree.
Cinnamon is the protective outer bark of the tree.
So cinnamon is the armor of the tree.
Cinnamon is the part of the trunk that keeps the tree standing.
Cinnamon can protect your health like armor.
Cinnamon can protect your skin from aging.
Cinnamon can strengthen the bones that hold you up.
The effect of thick-skinned cinnamon may be stronger.Just like a thick armor.
But carrying thick armor can be difficult.
It may be safer to drink cinnamon with milk.
Cinnamon can be eaten with raw honey.
    Looking thin like tree bark...
Yes, cinnamon can help you lose weight.
Being healthy means being at an ideal weight.
If the cinnamon bark protects the tree, it can also protect your stomach and intestines.
Cinnamon with honey can help you lose weight faster.
Bees are very hardworking, bees are light and never gain weight.
You can also lose weight by eating carob.
Being thin, hard, durable and sweet like carob means being healthy.
Cinnamon bark is the texture of the tree.
    Cinnamon can repair body tissues.
Let the honey act as an ointment.
Cinnamon bark is removed from the trunk "under" the tree.
High blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol represent "up".
Cinnamon can lower your blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
Now your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol are at the level of the tree trunk.
Your blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol are now as thin as cinnamon bark.

I knew cinnamon was good for you but was unaware about the 2 varieties ....Ceylon and Cassia. I did some checking and although Ceylon is safer in larger quantities most health studies seemed to be with Cassia. Anyway, good video. Thanks for sharing.

  • @killerstress

I have read test show that cassia lowers blood sugar but is hard on the liver whereas ceylon is safer but does not lower blood sugar. Is this true?

    • @higherresolution4490
      @higherresolution4490 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Yes, that is true. However, true cinnamin-Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Cinnamomum verum-that Mexico and Europe import exclusively is used effectively for Parkinson's Disease. It's also an amazing polyphenol antioxidant. I suspect that it is very good for the nerves too (just a guess).

    • @baersworld.8812
      @baersworld.8812 4 ปีที่แล้ว

this is very true, you want ceylon cinnamon - not cassia cinnamon.
Cassia cinnamon can damage the liver and kidneys, ceylon contains less than a fraction of the toxic compound found in high levels in cassia cinnamon.

Proanthocyanidins (PACs) bind Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) thus preventing inflammation!
Foods high in PACs include cinnamon, cocoa, tea, cranberries, blueberries, grapes, plums, apple skin, almond skin, hazelnut skin, black bean coats, ...
Just another amazing component of plants.

Most if not all ( depends on your particular region ) cinnamon in Europe is from the Cinnamonum zeylanicum ( syn. C. verum ) ... funny how ppl in the US get Cinnamomum cassia. Either way, there's nothing wrong with the former either, it just has more coumarine, which is not a biggie. A lot of plants do and are perfectly safe to use, as long as one does not vastly exceed the suggested/recommended daily intake.

And during the pandemic I am not going to the hospital. Please someone help.

Cinnamon is amazing!Cinnamon (Cassia) boosts my cognitive functions like crazy! It has a short term Einstein effect!
Put some cinnamon in your oatmeal along with bananas,honey,blueberries...you'll feel like Da Vinci! You'll be solving equations in no time! :)
It does put a damper on sex drive though...so if you want more of a sexual boost, then eat all the previous I listed without the cinnamon...let the blood sugar spike!(If you're non-diabetic of course).
I don't understand why cassia gets a bad rap tbh...I eat heeps of it and suffer no ill effects.I guess some people's livers are more sensitive to the coumarin than others.I'd like to try ceylon but can't find it anywhere :(
