    Ooh!! I wish I would have watched this sooner! I made salmon today and it was great, but I never thought of using balsamic vinegar! I use a lite soy sauce, garlic and brown sugar marinade, but this looks AMAZING!! Next time! 👍

    Looks amazing. My wife makes one like this but adding a little sesame oil and ginger sounds even better. Killer job Cap.

    Ron, since this is your first time with wild salmon here's a suggestion. You should have taken it off 10 degrees lower in temp, then carryover at rest would have taken it to 140......it would have been even better. Nice recipe btw.
