It couldn't be more perfect.Jimi is probably sitting on his cloud in heaven right now and is really enjoying your performance.Nobody else plays it better than you today, but what I'm saying is nothing new to you. Jimi Hendrix is the guitar god for me and many other dear people in the world. and you have long since reached gold status. Thank you, thank you, thank you.I'm sitting here in front of my cell phone with tears of joy in my eyes. The word thank you seems too small and too simple for what you give to my life and thousands of others God protect and bless you. I wish you health and lots of love.I send you love, peace and happiness from Bad Pyrmont, Germany. ❤☮️🍀
Thank you for these deep and really kind words. I'm happy that I can share this with you. Many thanks for support and feedback 🤗😊❤✌ I hope one day you can hear us live. Same to you all best, good health and happiness! Best Regards from Ljubljana, Slovenia!
@julijaneric6470 Your kind words fill me with joy from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, I will never experience the pleasure of a live gig again in this life. I am seriously ill with cancer and according to the doctors there is no longer any prospect of a miracle cure. My household has been dissolved. I can no longer walk or stand and I already live in a hospice. So all I have to do now is get an audience with the master himself. I will tell him about you. 😅☮️ But first I watch and listen to you here on TH-cam. ✌️
@@jimiblackbeard6691I'm sorry to hear that, stay strong ❤❤❤ I hope that I can release many more of these vids soon, so that you'll have material to watch. Did you play guitar before? All best 🤗❤❤❤
Thank you my friend. Yes, I actually started playing guitar back in early 1992. I also played in a "garage band" but not nearly as much as you. Here in the hospice where I live I still have two guitars that I used to play. I don't play anymore because I no longer have calluses on my fingertips and that hurts then as quickly as you can imagine. Today I play maybe every 8 weeks for a maximum of 10 minutes. I have an Ibanez Performance Western guitar from 1996 and my pride and joy is my "Foxy Lady".It is a very rare vintage semi-acoustic guitar from Framus. Based on the Framus Atlantic model. It was built in 1968 and was never mass produced. I read that Framus was trying to counter the big US guitar manufacturers Fender and Gibson in the Summer of Love. The model is called Follower Power, and that's what it looks like. It's a Ferrari red base paint and then there are elliptical and floral ornaments in turquoise, orange and green on the front of the body. Two covers made of real tortoise shell cover an electronics compartment. There is also a large, strange-looking mechanism holder for the tremolo device and two thick chrome-plated single pickups with four chrome-plated tone and volume controls on the top. Then there is a lever that is supposed to make the sound vibrate like a Leslie cabinet when you pull on the lever. According to information from the Internet, only 20 guitars of this guitar were built worldwide with this decor. 17 of the 20 guitars have an "F-hole" on the top and only 3 examples have two "F-holes". My example is one of the 3 examples. I would like to show you a picture of my "Foxy Lady". I just don't know how this works here and how to attach an image file. A model of these three special versions was once offered for sale. I can try to attach the link to the guitar that has already been sold. Maybe I can do that. Then you can look at the model with all its refinements and technical data. @@julijaneric6470
@@julijaneric6470 nice man it sounds really good whatever you’re doing, gotta go with what feels right to you, Jimi is my favourite artist, but I use Ernie Ball Slinky 10-46’s on my electric like Clapton, and Martin Extra Light 10-47’s on my acoustic to get more of that sort of electric guitar feel then I found out the strings Jimi was using were a very small gauge haha! I might have to try them someday I realized that probably accounts for a lot of his tone.
Brother Eric, simply insane - your dedication and discipline to the guitar and homage to Hendrix is on another level. Keep doing what makes you happy!
Thank you very much for kind words!
Wow Amazing ❤

bravo excellent !!!!
I hope the drummer got a raise after this, and this sounds and reminds of Jimi in Maui, one of my favorite performances.
Thanks for your kind words!
Congrats on another festival Julijan!
Also playing with your feet is pure Hendrix vision, haha! 😃
Thanks Kadeem
Brilliant as usual, successor to Randy Hansen 👍🏻😊
Thank you!
Spot-on.
Do you use the Voodoo Child strings that were a special gauge?
Yes, I use them, too, also other brands, pure nickel or nickle plated. I also use 9 - 42 sets sometimes. All best 🤗😊

phenomenal as always the EJ trio! is that pickguard dugout for easier truss rod access like how Jimi had it at Isle of Wight? 🤩
...great Guitar playing...sadly the Drummer is always behind the beat, Bass too
