It was breathtaking, especially when we got to the section where you can find the millenary alerces. It still blows my mind that some of these trees are 2,600 years old!
The landscape looks so pure, clean and refreshing. Reminds me the trekking trip to upper Himalayas in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh during monsoon (National parks and Valley of Flowers). Keep going 👍. Love from an Indian🇮🇳
Hi my canadian Friends.....!!!!
I was in Futalaufquen Lake , celebrating new year in 1995.. I did backpack with friends. Los Alerces National Park is amazing!! Thank you for let me visit that magic place again. Greetings from Argentina!!
Great adventure! I know how you feel as where I live I'm just a 5 minute walk from the beautiful British countryside 😃 where are you guys travelling to next?
Thanks Brendan! That is awesome you're that close. We hope to someday settle nearby nature. We have some more videos from Esquel and next up will be a town called El Bolson just a little bit north.
Another great video guys. You've gone and convinced me. It's my 50th in December, and I've decided. I want to go to New Orleans to sample the festive season there. My 83 year old father is beating me to it though. He's planning to visit New York in April!!!!!
For me the most beautiful place in Patagonia is lago Puelo , 8 miles away from el Bolsón, but I also stayed 3 days at lago verde , In the alegres national park, and it is for sure a top 3 , awesome vídeos sam and audrey, Thanks for sharing your experiences
Would ya'll say that the bugs and mosquitos are pretty bad down in Patagonia? Or does the persistent wind and chilly nights keep them at bay? Also is the food any good way down south on either the Argentine or Chilean side? Are the roads in decent shape for renting a car and driving?
Hey Matthew! Great questions. Bugs and mosquitos are definitely not an issue the way they are for example in Canada in the early summer. The food is great on both sides. More seafood in Chile and more meat in Argentina. The roads are in decent shape moreso around the major areas but a big rougher on the barren stretches.

It was breathtaking, especially when we got to the section where you can find the millenary alerces. It still blows my mind that some of these trees are 2,600 years old!

Hey Diane! Thank you!
Nice Intro
Thanks Pranav! Great to hear from you!
Is Argentina and Chile similar to Canada because it’s ice and it’s cold and the same trees I always been so curious of that is it?
Patagonia is similar to the west coast of Canada
The glaciers in Santa Cruz and laguna del desierto are also very spectacular places I hope you can visit them too!
Love those suggestions Guillermo! Hope we can someday as well.
Awesome .. keep on vlogging.. Visit Nepal 2020
Thanks! We have been to Nepal and have a few videos up on the channel.
Yes looks like part of Asia of Nepal
It is a beautiful place.
Gorgeous but it looks like that place has been wiped clean of it’s beautiful wildlife
Thanks, you can still spot wildlife but you need to be looking for it.
