It's such a shame Super Adventure Rockman didn't get a wider release. I would've loved seeing the MM1 Robot Masters sticking up for their family and fighting the rest as a kid.
I mean Inafune himself called the game one of the darkest of the Classic Series. Therefore, that’s why it didn’t see a large release.
Agent Blackbird he also hated it because of how dark it was. At least it got adapted in the Mega Man comics

SAR is indeed pretty dark. If Rockman fails, Roll herself dies, which is what you get to see as one of the game over cutscenes. And if Rockman loses in the penultimate battle, another cutscene plays in which Rockman explodes in front of everyone, as even Dr. Wily and the other Robot Masters shake in fear, knowing that is exactly what is coming to them. lol
One would think they would keep that sorta stuff exclusive to the X series, but I guess not.
@@DestinyZX1 It might be darker than usual, BUT at the same time, it also showed a different feel to the Mega Man universe than what we were used to, and how it showed a strong bond too with the Light Robots as they help Mega to save Roll and stop Wily from his use of Ra Moon and its power.
Mega Man is my personal favorite character to relate. I have confidence, calm, shy, cute, fun, smart, childlike, and fighting for personal peace. I don't like violence. Only if needed to be used.
In my opinion here, winning is not everything, sometimes I have to hide and run away from the bad guys. To come again as the victorious one. Having safety and protection is needed for me. Like child care and pampering. I am not complex, I only need time to understand.
Me, I am a young man. I am still like just a kid. A child. In my heart and mindset. I have simplistic ideals and views only. Naive, calm, determined, cute, happy, smart, fun, a pampered baby child, innocent, and passionate. That is my motivation and philosophy in my viewpoint.
My family still considers me as a youngster. I am still a kid. In my heart and mind. I don't sound and look like a man. I behave like a young man. When some people mention about me, they say I still resemble young. Or say to me like "Mmhm, this young man. He's still a kid. That boy, he's still just a kid, a child. It's in his mindset." Which is true for me. I like being pampered by my family. I enjoy my childlike escapism. I still am a pampered baby child. I am happy to be, a pampered baby boy child!
