    Mochi (snow skin) Ingredients:
    3 tbsp rice flour
    3 tbsp glutinous rice flour
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    3 tbsp icing sugar
    Pinch of salt
    120 mL milk (1/2 cup)
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    Food coloring
    Roasted glutinous rice flour (for dusting)
    Taro Corn Filling Ingredients:
    230g taro
    Chopped corn kernels
    60g all-purpose cream
    80g condensed milk
    20g butter
    80g sugar
    Pinch of salt
