Hi Jan, another great video. Quick question regarding Poly IP expansion microphones. I understand you can use the LLN port and build out an isolated network using a switch when you want to connect two IP expansion microphones. However, if you want everything on the corporate network can we connect two IP expansion microphones to the corporate network and have the G62 only connected to the corporate network. Or do the microphones only work when connected to the LLN network?
Thanks for your comments! In case of IP mics, camera's etc you need to use LLN or I usually call it "accessoires" network this makes sure corp network is not overflooded with video traffic. The use of IP makes larger rooms so much easier to implement. Stay tuned for the next coffee tech coming up. JZ☕️
Hi Jan. Another great video, thank you very much! In Teams Mode, is it the same as the G7500? I.e. plugging in the USBC (Alt Display) cable, if out of call, will the system go straight into Device Mode? Also, if in-call, will it only share content and not try to take over the camera and mics? Last question - can you use the Icron 3104 non-Pro to extend the USBC to the table? (Pro is a bit more expensive).
Hi Chris great questions. ☕ Good to hear its helpful. You are correct the behaviour is all the same and comparable with G7500 same PolyOS software in the bases. The only thing is that G62 has that DP Alt port so when out of a call will jump in device mode and when in a Teams call you will only share presentation on your laptop (exact timing is configurable when unplugged)... similar when in Zoom mode etc. I am not sure if the Icron 3104 will work does that extend also DP Alt normally I would recommend an AV integrator to test scenarios with different 3rd party products. I think Ochno also provides some great solutions for the Studio X family to extent USB-C and has tested and validated this themselves. Ill do some more experience videos with G62 in Teams and Zoom in the near future🤗 Hope that helps. JZ☕
Thanks for your comments! I have good news! The custom background is now available on Teams Room Android🎉. Stay tuned for next coffee tech video with a full new feature overview coming up 🛠☕️JZ
Hi, thanks for your comments. That is correct with G62 you can connect E70 and E60 both via USB and use multi stream video BUT only in Zoom today. I think Microsoft will also support this in the future but first on MTR on Windows. Probably something to keep on eye on in the upcoming videos as lot of updates including support for E360 are coming up.. JZ☕

Hard to pick my biggest take away from this video , but it would have to be custom branding coming to the Android devices.

Hi Jan. Can the G62 support both E70 & E60 in a multi stream session?
