I have an ex gf who killed her self and every year on her birthday I mourn her passing and remember all the good times but I like that day for my self. My mom doesn’t understand but all my best friends understand that’s a day I dedicate to her. Like when he sings “you live on tonight” that just makes me feel less alone. That other people do take the time to appreciate their lost over ones and remember them. Have plenty more recs but I’ll let some others get theirs in. But if it gets stale I’ll toss some your way if you want
I’m sorry for your loss I can’t begin to fathom what you experience day by day and some people don’t understand and expect you or us to move on, but we have to heal and cope in our own way and in our own time. And for you, you’re paying how much to her and showing the love and the dedication that you have towards her and everything that you’ve both experienced and represent for one another.
