Hey Michael, Cobb County is a great place to retire. Residents who are at least 62 years of age are eligible for school tax exemption, and those 65 plus are eligible for certain property tax exemptions. We have a great medical system here, and the weather isn't bad at all, where else can you get all 4 seasons in 1 day, lol. If you check out my descriptions I have some good links that will go into more detail on that info too.
