Nice one Hamish. I drove a Fordson for a gorse spraying contractor when I first left school towing a 1200 litre tank/ trailer with a pump driven by the PTO. Now I have a MF 135 that I have owned since 1991 and a Fordson E27N with a factory fitted P6 Perkins diesel motor which I bought in 2015. Both are now just hobby tractors. The collection is a credit to your Dad ❤
@@FamilyFarmingandFun Yes the P6 is a 6 cylinder. Frank Perkins approached Ford to install his motor in the E27N but they refused. So he began to sell a conversion kit which proved so popular that Ford had to eat humble pie and offered it as a factory option. By fitting the Perkins P6 the tractor went from 27 hp to 52 hp and the gearbox and the backend were so well made that they handled the extra power no problem
Fantastic collection Great video, thank you for making it, which one of the petrol 35s did you have carting small hay bales? As for the loader on the 65 it looks like mil but I suspect it's a NZ made
Great collection there Hamish, i think the loader is a "fergtrac" they had the roll frames for mfs too
Thanks, yeah dad has done a great job with his collection of tractors.

Cool, Daniel Massey was my 1st cousin 5 times removed, Lucina Bradley's husband so all of his descendents are my cousins.
