The criticism and the doubt is definitely deserving because how they have underperformed all season, but as a Texans fan it’s starting to get under my skin. His rookie year he actually had more turnover worthy plays & less int than anyone else in the nfl. Making what you’re seeing more regression to the mean than an abnormality. It’s a good team but stroud looks mid at best & in many categories just plain bad. Outplayed by Bryce young second half of the season who was almost left for dead before showing why he was picked ahead of stroud. Houston is a good team! It’s not hopeless but they’re nowhere near competing for a championship which many once believed they could. “regression” Only reason they’re in the playoffs is they’re in the south & someone had to go. There’s always hope. He’s young & can get better!

The Texans offense was awful when they had Diggs and Dell healthy the first half of the season and it remained awful the 2nd half. Bobby Slowik is a horrible play caller. The position coaches sucks and Nick has put the team in a financial bind by blindly throwing large amounts of money around to players that don't deserve it.

Nobody is a bigger Texans fan than myself(I am biased) but I am a realist too. This team is not shocking anyone in the playoffs. So what, they scored against the worst team in the league 😂. The only thing shocking is how bad the team has been from top down. Starting with the GM giving backup talent all the salary cap money. The team is only projected to have 12 mil in the off-season. Stingley will want about 25 mil/yr. Gave all the money to the Oline and Schultz. The more Nick got involved with the Pats, the worse they got. That is a fact. For some reason people view Nick as a guru 😂 dude is a joke. He hired some of the worst position coaches in the game and the contracts have been horrible. Put this team in a financial bind for years
