Don't call him by his name! He is a learned person of this religion!
There's a wisdom behind it my dear brother. For us to strive hard and think, contemplate. Not spoon feeding. We need to strive hard to learn knowledge in order for us to increase our taqwa and be a good muslim especially in our attitude knowledge and wisdom. Indeed shaykh hamza yusuf possesses knowledge with wisdom and he has a Good character ma shaa Allah may Allah preserve him and our ulama Ameen

Before I got to Surah 106, I had to figure it out the hard way, what the NT meant by:
" It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God... for from within the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornication, covetousness, wickedness, an evil eye :), pride, foolishness.. and all these things come from within and defile a man... So pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath..(😂😂: SS 114 ))
