  • Fermented Beansprouts ပဲပင်ချဥ် (Burmese/Myanmar Cuisine)
    Fermentation vegetables have a lot of health benefits. It It includes improved digestive health, stronger immunity and increased availability of beneficial nutrients. But some people cannot eat fermented food so if you are not sure, should discuss it with your doctor before consuming it. This beansprouts pickle is one of the famous pickles among many other pickles that Burmese people make with the natural fermentation process. When you prepare it, everything should be very clean everything we are growing healthy lactic acid micro bacteria so every process is very important. lactic acid bacteria will help to convert the natural sugars of vegetables into cellular energy, producing lactic acid in the process. After the fermentation process is done, you don't need to worry about anything. You can just keep it in the fridge that will stop fermentation and keep fresh for a long time.

      Yes, it's a crunchy texture on 3rd day really fresh but fermented.healthy.I like more sour so I kept 2more day at room temperature after only I kept in fridge to stop fermentation.😋😋😋
