I read this book today. It was a pretty decent book. Tabby and Ursa were both great characters. I think the author could have done a much better job with Gabe. I’m glad this book had a very happy ending. I was a bit worried when the author introduced the gun debate into the story… I feel like that’s a risky move because you’re bound to piss off half of the readers when you get political, however, it seemed to vanish quickly.
I agree Gabe could’ve had a bit more character development! The whole love triangle situation with his mom was also like… okay what does this have to do with anything 😅but also it could be it’s own story as a spin-off. Little bear made me cry 😭 but that was one of the inconsistencies for me with how he so quickly became tame with her and responded to commands out of nowhere
