This is my LullaBaby 2023 15" Cuddle Collection which I have been working on for several months.
Preparing for a Christmas giveaway, and also for anyone that is looking for a light weight reborn with no magnets, no mohair, no eyelashes. Less is better as a first reborn doll for a older child's first art doll. What stands out is the premium Masterpiece polymer acrylic eyes instead of the doll eyes. The eyes have been in my supply for over a decade brand new and cost more than the doll itself.
Supplies and time to make the doll do add up, and I use premium paints, and varnish. Baked on not air dry.
Gentle play and love is recommended. Perfect opportunity to educate care before handling their new baby sister, or brother. It is the parents responsibility to supervise and educate, if they toss the doll around miss handle it, it is time to put it away until a bit older. Maybe instead of a time out chair, it's a time out take away baby doll. Good behavior the baby doll is back in their arms.
I just love baby dolls as a kid and treated all of mine with loving care. Each child is different.
These are made just like a beanie baby with poly plastic pellets and poly fill. No glass beads, no magnets inside body or on any accessories. Giving you a plastic cable tie option for closure if needed instead of drawstring closure. It will arrive with drawstring so you can adjust filler if you need to, add more weight, or take out some. Body is soft cotton flannel and is preshrunk with care instructions. You may hand wash body, remove filler, add it back in, or refresh.
