I love this track so much! I adore the warmth and purity of all the hurricane session tracks, but this one (5:15) somehow really stands out to me. I must have viewed the hurricane session recordings hundreds, actually quite possibly thousands of times, over the years. Yet, I still get something wonderful from watching and listening to them, to this very day. The range and depth of Bridgit’s voice in them is truly exceptional. Moreover, the whole band seem to enjoy performing together. There is a great interplay and coordination between the band members. I really love the way the guitarist nods his head and smiles at the end of this 5:15 video, as if to say they all nailed the performance and they absolutely did IMHO. The cosy set up of just the three of them almost makes you feel like the performance is just for you, really, really well done. I would like to tell Bridgit just how much I get from all her songs, but especially these wonderful hurricane session recordings, and ask, nay beg, her to come back and give us another round of recordings like these (a hurricane sessions 2 perhaps?), as we all need to have more music like this in our lives! Much as I’d like a comeback, it probably isn’t realistic at all, mind if we only wish for the realistic, life becomes pretty dull. Bridgit has long left the acting and music industry behind and achieved amazing success academically since gaining her law degree, PhD and founding her own space technology company. I wish there was more of her music out there, but she has clearly made absolutely brilliant life choices, worked extremely hard and done outstandingly for herself. Amazing accomplishments for someone who has, at just 31, done what many of us would be very lucky to achieve over an entire lifetime and I couldn’t be happier for her. Truly a star in every sense. Regardless of whether you return to music or not Bridgit, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all these wonderful hurricane session recordings, some of the most pure, beautiful, affecting and warm music I have ever had the pleasure of hearing anywhere online or off. Hope you might read this one day Bridgit, and if you ever do, I’d dearly love to chat with you about your adventures in education and technology after acting and music. A lot of people think she doesn't have talent because all they hear is "Ready or Not" and "Hurricane" which could be her real voice or auto tune. If everyone just heard her acoustic like this, they would be as addicted to her music as I am. I love how unique she is, and I like her rapping. Some don't like it, I think she rocks :D
